Shine into Life
With the Shine into Life program, you get 10 weeks of coaching support within a loving, supportive community. We start by taking stock of your physical and mental fitness needs, and getting rid of negative emotions and bad habits, including fear, stress and anxiety.
You will learn how to bounce back from the physical, occupational, social, and emotional changes we have experienced. You will rebuild relationships and regain confidence in yourself and in the future.
At the end of the program, you will face your future with serenity and confidence, and will have better tools to deal with the ups and downs of life.
Like me, you will be able to enjoy the Gifts that the illness has left for you.
This mini-course will help you jumpstart your recovery. Access a set of tested and science-backed practices to strengthen your resilience, improve your mindset, and take concrete step towards a more fulfilling life.
